Children and youth are our most precious resources. We need to treasure, prepare and mentor them well. It's a job for everyone, working together, to ensure their physical, emotional and spiritual welfare, so that they can excel and use their
potential and gifts to enrich our communities, province and nation.

We are proud to offer after school tutoring for elementary age children every Tuesday and Wednesday, from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm and grades 6 and up on Fridays from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Snacks/dinner are provided.
Together with Ward Memorial Baptist Church we offer youth programs every Fridays from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm -tutoring and homework, 5:30 pm -dinner, 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm -youth will enjoy a variety of activities such as, preparing care meals, cook off challenge, bowling, skating, worship, fellowship, Youth Alpha, etc.
July - August. G&I Shining Stars Youth Society and Ward Memorial Baptist Church are proud to present Shining Stars Camp Can-Do & summer clasess. Challenging, supervised, fun filled summer experience for campers age 5 - 15. In addition, we provided Leadership Training for grades 10 and up.
